Poet Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your services and rates
• Honor bookings and commitments made through the platform
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Patron Responsibilities

• Treat poets with respect and professionalism
• Honor payment commitments for bookings
• Provide accurate event information
• Follow platform guidelines for interactions

Payments and Fees

Poetic Atlas may charge service fees for bookings and transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed before transactions are completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on Poetic Atlas, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Poetic Atlas or its content suppliers.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
